THE PROBLEMS OF THE MANAGEMENT SCOUTS ACTIVITIES UNDER THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOLS OF PHETCHABUN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study The Problems of the Management Scouts Activities under the Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 2) compare The Problems of the Management Scouts Activities under the Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by sex, position, scouting qualification and school size. The sample group used in the research was 18 school administrators and 286 scout activity teachers in the extended opportunity schools under Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, Semester 1, Academic Year 2023, calculated using Taro Yamane's formula and obtained by stratified random sampling according to school size, totaling 18 schools. The instruments used were a rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.99. Data were analyzed by finding percentages, means, standard deviations, t-tests, one-way analysis of variance and Scheffe's paired test. The results of the study found that: 1) The overall Problems of the Management Scouts Activities under the Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, was at a high level. 2) The comparison of The Problems of the Management Scouts Activities under the Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools of Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by position, showed a statistically significant difference at the .05 level. However, when classified by sex, scouting qualifications, and school size, there was no statistically significant difference.
