Evaluation of personnel satisfaction with the procurement tracking system With the Google Sheets application Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University

This research aims to evaluate the satisfaction of staff members with the purchasing and procurement tracking system using Google Sheets at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. The system was developed to enhance the efficiency of tracking the procurement status, reduce errors, and enable quick and easy access to data. This study is a quantitative research with a sample group of 30 staff members who are involved in procurement-related tasks at the university. The purposive sampling method was used for selecting the participants. The research instrument is a satisfaction assessment questionnaire for users of the procurement tracking system using Google Sheets at Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. The results of the study indicate that the satisfaction level of the users is high, with a mean score of (=4.37, S.D.= 0.06) Additionally, suggestions were made to improve the data presentation for greater clarity and to develop notification functions for better tracking. The findings can serve as a basis for improving the efficiency of the procurement tracking system.
