Abstract

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the level of opinions on service quality of Mae Khao Tom Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Chiang Rai
Province and (2) to study the level of problems and suggestions about Service Quality of Mae Khao Tom Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Chiang Rai Province The questionnaire was used as a study tool. The samples used in the study were People in the area of Mae Khao Tom Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Chiang Rai Province, totaling 100 people. Statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage,
mean, standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows: 1) the level of opinions on service quality of Mae Khao Tom Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Muang District, Chiang Rai Province, Overall, it was at the highest level. When and if considering the opinions were ranked in
descending order as follows: the opinions with the highest mean namely service personnel, followed by service process, followed by service channels. And the level of opinions with the lowest average was the facilities. and 2) The problems and suggestions on the service quality of administrative organizations in Mae Khao Tom Street, Muang District, Chiang Rai Province are as follows: There should be more parking spaces, enough toilets for people
using the service, and enough seats for people waiting to use the service.
