Quality of Life of Personnel in Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Department, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the quality of life of personnel in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education department, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province. 2. To study suggestions for improving the quality of life in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education department, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province. The data were collected using questionnaires from personnel teaching in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education department, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province. A total of 97 participants were included in the analysis. The data were analyzed using statistics such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results show that the quality of life of the respondents, numbering 97 individuals, is at a high level. However, to further enhance and improve their quality of life, the study suggests the following areas for development: 1) Budget allocation, 2) Promotion of innovation usage skills, 3) Transparency and accountability, 4) Administrative attentiveness, and 5) Appropriateness of classroom size relative to the number of students. These five factors are considered critical in developing and improving the quality of life of personnel in Phrapariyattidhamma schools, general education department.
