EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE MANAGEMENT NODEL TO ENHANCE THE ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE IN FUTSAL AT RATCHAWINIT BANGHEN SCHOOL TO BE EXCELLENT

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develop a model of educational institution management to enhance the competency of futsal players at Ratchawinit Bangkhen School to achieve excellence. The conducting research had 4 steps:  Step 1: A study of the need for educational institution management to enhance the performance of futsal athletes. Step 2 : Creating a model of school management to enhance the performance of futsal athletes. Step 3 : Model trial management of educational institutions to enhance the performance of futsal athletes. Step 4 : Model evaluation management of educational institutions to enhance the performance of futsal athletes. The results showed that

1. School administrators, teachers, basic education committees and student’ sparents. There is a need to manage educational institutions to enhance the performance of futsal athletes at the highest level.
2. The educational institution management model to enhance the performance of school futsal athletes at Ratchawini tBangkhen to achieve excellence, consisted of 9 components: 1. Management to enhance competency of futsal athletes. 2. Development of place and facilities. 3. Promotion, support and motivation. 4. Welfare and budgeting. 5. Recruiting and selection. 6. Athlete enhancement. 7. Building readiness for athletes. 8. Using sports science. 9. Monitoring and evaluation.
3. The results of the trial of the school management model to enhance the performance of futsal athletes at Ratchawinit Bangkhen School to excellence, found that: School operate at the highest level.
4. The results of the assessment of the school management model for enhancing theperformance of futsal athletes at Ratchawinit Bangkhen School towards excellence, found that:

4.1 School administrators, teachers, and basic education committees, student’ sparents and the students were satisfied with the school management model to enhance the performance of futsal athletes at Ratchawinit Bangkhen School to excellence at the highest level.

4.2 Futsal players at Ratchawinit Bangkhen School received the first prize of the futsal competition between the schools of the Department of Physical Education, Category A, not over 18 years old and not over 14 years of age and have been selected to be professional futsal players of all clubs.
