DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT MODEL USING THE SCHOOL GROUP AS THE BASE OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE NAKHONRATCHASIMA PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop a model of educational quality management by using school groups as the base of schools under the NakhonRatchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research was conducted in 3 steps : Step 1 Study of needs and necessities of educational quality management by using school groups as the base. Step 2 Creating a model of educational quality management by using school groups as the base. Step 3 Checking the suitability and feasibility of the model. The sample was 197 School administrators. The research instrument was a questionnaire, consisting of 3 aspects: 1. 74 questions on the promotion of educational opportunities. 2. 74 questions on quality development. 3. 35 questions on the enhancement of educational administration efficiency. The discrimination ranged from 0.21–0.88 and there liability ​​were 0.96, 0.98, 0.94, respectively. The opinion questionnaire of educational institution administrators consisted of 26 items. Standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index: PNI modified.

The results showed that

1. Results of a study on the needs and necessities of educational quality management by using school groups as the base of schools, under the NakhonRatchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, have 3 main components, 26 subcomponents and 167 items.
2. The results of creating a model for educational quality management by using a group of schools as the base of schools, under the NakhonRatchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, found that;

2.1 Educational quality management model using school groups as the base of schools, under the NakhonRatchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, has 3 main components 26 subcomponents and 167 items.

2.2 Educational quality development manual by using school groups as the base of schools, under the NakhonRatchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, is appropriate at the highest level.

1. The results of the assessment of the appropriateness and feasibility of the educational quality management model using school groups as the base of schools, under the NakhonRatchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, found that

3.1 Educational quality management model using school groups as the base of schools, under the NakhonRatchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, is appropriate and feasible to the greatest extent.

3.2 The administrators of the educational institutions strongly agree with the model of educational quality management by using school group as the base of schools under the NakhonRatchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.
