STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF HEALING ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT IN SPECIALIZED CANCER HOSPITAL UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF MEDICAL SERVICES IN EASTERN ECONOMIC CORRIDOR

Abstract

This research examines factors associated with information technology management of Office of Academic Resource and Information Technology, NakhonRatchasimaRajabhat University. Quantitative research methodology was implemented in research design, and individual was identified as the unit to analysis. Questionnaire, developed from literature reviews, was used as research tool to collect data from 100 respondents who were the 2^nd year Bachelor students and the 3rd year Bachelor students of Public Administration, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, NakhonRatchasimaRajabhat University. Data collection was conducted during February 2019 to April 2019. Descriptive statistics and Chi-square statistic were implemented in data analysis in order to examine factors associate with information technology management of Office of Academic Resource and Information Technology.

Research results found factors that associated with information technology management of Office of Academic Resource and Information Technology. The associated factors consisted of 1) human resource factor which associated with information technology management (X² = 141.43) withstatistical significance at the 0.00level,and 2) organizational culture factor which associated with information technology management (X² = 109.27) with statistical significanceat the 0.00 level.
