Sustainable Local Development Management in the Disruption

Findings from the analysis of theories and academic studies indicate that sustainable local development management in the era of disruption requires integrating multidisciplinary approaches to create a flexible management framework capable of responding effectively and sustainably in the long term. Key elements include: (1) fostering cooperation among agencies at various levels with a focus on sustainable development, (2) leveraging technology and innovation, and (3) promoting community participation in development These components are crucial for addressing the changes during this era of disruption and contribute to enhancing the value of utilization in improving management efficiency and service quality, which, in turn, forms a vital foundation for building a sustainable and economically stable society in the future.
Recommendations based on these findings emphasize the importance of conducting comprehensive and accurate studies to understand local needs and opportunities, utilizing modern tools such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Big Data Analytics. Additionally, policies should support the adoption of technology and innovation in sustainable local development, and support capacity-building initiatives for learning and knowledge exchange among diverse communities.
