MANAGEMENT POTENTIAL OF KHAN KAEW COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE, KHOK SAN SUB-DIDTRICT, CHANUMEN DISTRICT, AMNAT CHAROEN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were : 1. to study the management potential of Khan Kaew Community Enterprise Group, Khok San Sub-district, Chanuman District, Amnat Charoen Province ; and 3. To propose guidelines for solving problems and obstacles in the management of Khan Kaeo Community Enterprise Group, Khok San Subdistrict, Chanuman District, Amnat Charoen Province. It is a qualitative research. There are research tools, including in-depth interviews. There are 6 target groups : 1. President of Subdistrict Administrative Organization 1 person 2. President of Enterprise Group 1 person 3. Vice President of Community Enterprise Group 1 person 4. Enterprise Group Member 7 people 5. Community Leader 4 people and 6. There were 6 people, totaling 20 people, and the data collected from literature and interview forms were used for content analysis. The results of the study on community enterprise management potential revealed that leaders have the potential to manage operations systematically. There is a work plan and a clear division of work responsibilities. Emphasis is placed on members participating in operational planning. as well as participating in the allocation of income Problems and obstacles in the operation of the community enterprise group found that the lack of knowledge and ability to use technology to apply in the operation and lack of market analysis. The product is not yet very well known. Not wide distribution channels and issues, guidelines for solving problemsand obstacles in the management of community enterprise groups, it was found that production should be developed to be modern Develop new product designs There is a follow-up and evaluation of the work. Controlling the production of products to meet the goals defined in response to the needs of consumers And in marketing, technology has been used to help operate more efficiently.
