Main Article Content
Abstract
This research aimed to 1) examine the online clothing purchasing behavior of consumers in Udon Thani Province, 2) examine the levels of opinion toward perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and attitude toward using, and 3) examine the factors affecting online clothing purchase decisions of consumers in Udon Thani Province. The sample consisted of 400 consumers in Udon Thani Province who had purchased clothing through online channels. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with an overall reliability coefficient of 0.89. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and regression analysis.
The results showed that most respondents were female, aged 20–30 years, and preferred purchasing clothing online via Shopee, with a purchase frequency of 1–2 times per month. Overall opinions toward technology acceptance factors were at a high level, with perceived usefulness having the highest mean score. Hypothesis testing revealed that perceived ease of use had a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness (β = .521); perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had significant positive effects on attitude toward using (β = .146 and .402, respectively); and attitude toward using had a significant positive effect on purchase decision (β = .463), all at the .05 significance level. The findings suggest that perceived usefulness is a key strategic factor that entrepreneurs should emphasize alongside improving platform usability, in order to foster positive attitudes and enhance online clothing purchase decisions.
