บทคัดย่อ
การประเมินโครงการห้องเรียนความสามารถพิเศษทางด้านทัศนศิลป์ โรงเรียนท่าศาลาประสิทธิ์ศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครศรีธรรมราช เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประเมิน (Evaluation Research) การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินโครงการห้องเรียนความสามารถพิเศษด้านทัศนศิลป์ โรงเรียนท่าศาลาประสิทธิ์ศึกษา 4 ด้าน ตามรูปแบบซิปป์ (CIPP Model) ได้แก่ ด้านบริบท ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ด้านกระบวนการ และด้านผลผลิต กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้ดำเนินงาน นักเรียน และผู้ปกครอง รวมทั้งสิ้น 39 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามจำนวน 4 ฉบับ แต่ละฉบับมี 3 ตอน มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เครื่องมือผ่านการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 คน มีค่า IOC อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง จำนวน 7 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลดำเนินการ โดยการใช้แบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึกจากการสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ส่วนข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านบริบท โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
=4.37) วัตถุประสงค์โครงการมีความชัดเจนสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์สถานศึกษาและนโยบายการพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามศักยภาพ 2) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
=4.38) มีความพร้อมด้านงบประมาณและทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ แต่ควรเพิ่มความชัดเจนในการคัดเลือกบุคลากรเฉพาะทาง 3) ด้านกระบวนการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (
=4.44) มีจุดเด่นด้านการดำเนินกิจกรรมตามแผน แต่ควรปรับปรุงระบบการนิเทศติดตาม 4) ด้านผลผลิต โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
=4.65) นักเรียนมีพัฒนาการด้านทักษะทัศนศิลป์อย่างเห็นได้ชัด ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนอยู่ในระดับสูง และผู้เกี่ยวข้องมีความพึงพอใจต่อโครงการในระดับมากที่สุด
