The process of strengthening community occupational groups for self-reliance.

Abstract

The Four major objectives of the study were 1) Study the current situation of the Rak Ban Kerd Agricultural Group, Dan Sub-district, Rasi Salai District, SisaketProvince.               2) Study the activities to create participation in the development of occupational groups for self-reliance. The research used a qualitative research process. Focusing on in-depth interviews with 20 key informants, 15 focus group discussions, data analysis using logic comparable with concepts. theory coupled with context and using descriptive statistics. The findings were summed up as follows.

The findings were summed up as follows:

1) The present condition of the agricultural group, taking care of the

homeland, love the homeland, Dan Subdistrict, Rasi Salai District, Sisaket Province. It is a group of farmers arising from the gathering of the same occupations, which are mainly engaged in agriculture. Other occupations are supplemented as income. And self-reliant which has realized the importance of integration which believe If grouped together, it can lead to sustainability. can really be self-reliant Therefore, there was a grouping in the area Year 2008 Established and certified as a legal organization or group from the Office of the Farmer's Rehabilitation and Development Fund Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives In the initial establishment, there were only 65 members and everyone voluntarily joined the Agricultural Rak Ban Kerd Group. And cooperate with the group and contribute well because the purpose of the mergercomes from matching problems and needs therefore resulting in cooperation between each other Until leading to the cooperation of groups and networks.

          2) Activities to create participation in the development of occupational
