Abstract

This research aimed 1) To study the operating conditions of community enterprises, folk handicrafts centers, community, Ban Kao, sub-district, Khuan Sub-district, Buriram Province. 2) To study additional comments and suggestions regarding the operation of the community enterprise Ban Kao Jao Subdistrict, Khuan District, Krasong, Buriram. This research is a qualitative research using an interview form of 10 people, consisting of 1 chair of the community enterprise committee, 1 vice president, 3 committee members and 5 members By specific selection methods in 5 areas, namely production, marketing, budget, management. The performance of community enterprises, folk handicrafts centers, community, Ban Khang Chao Sub-district, Khuan District, Krabang Province, Buriram, all 4 aspects, consisting of production Marketing Budget and management. The members are not skilled in the raw materials used in local production, so they must be ordered from external sources, at high cost. Marketing, products are sold at trade shows. Budget is accounting and funding is provided fromSharpening the loan is a loan from the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operatives. And management requires the knowledge and skills necessary to manage the organization.
