กรอบแนวคิดการดำเนินธุรกิจที่มุ่งเน้นความยั่งยืนในการประเมินความเสี่ยง และโอกาสการลงทุน: มุมมองนักลงทุนสากลและตลาดทุนไทย

แม้ว่าวรรณกรรม ESG ในตลาดพัฒนาแล้วจะยืนยันความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกระหว่าง ESG Performance กับมูลค่าองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่อง แต่ตลาดเกิดใหม่โดยเฉพาะประเทศไทยยังขาดกรอบการวิเคราะห์ที่บูรณาการมิติทฤษฎี เชิงประจักษ์ และนโยบายไว้ด้วยกัน บทความนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาและนำเสนอกรอบแนวคิด ESG Integration Maturity Framework สำหรับอธิบายการบูรณาการ ESG ในตลาดเกิดใหม่ โดยใช้การสังเคราะห์วรรณกรรมและการวิเคราะห์บริบทตลาดทุนไทยเป็นฐานสนับสนุน ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยใช้การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบตามแนวทาง PRISMA จากฐานข้อมูล Scopus, Web of Science และ ScienceDirect ช่วง ค.ศ. 2020–2025 โดยกรอบทฤษฎี ได้แก่ Stakeholder Theory, RBV, Signaling Theory และ Institutional Theory
ผลการสังเคราะห์พบว่า ESG Disclosure ช่วยลดต้นทุนเงินทุนผ่านกลไกลดความไม่สมมาตรของสารสนเทศ แต่ผลตอบแทนส่วนเกินหายไปหลังปรับความเสี่ยง ชี้ว่า ESG อาจสะท้อนปัจจัยคุณภาพมากกว่าค่าความเสี่ยงอิสระ นอกจากนี้ ค่าสหสัมพันธ์คะแนน ESG ระหว่างผู้ประเมิน 6 รายเฉลี่ยเพียง 0.54 ก่อให้เกิดความสับสนเชิงรวม ที่ขัดขวางการกำหนดราคาความเสี่ยงอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สำหรับประเทศไทย SET ESG Ratings ปี 2568 มีบริษัทผ่านเกณฑ์ 265 บริษัท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 70 ของมูลค่าตลาด แต่ระบบการรับรองข้อมูลยังต่ำกว่ามาตรฐาน IAASB/ISAE 3000 ซึ่งจำกัดการดึงดูดเงินทุน ESG จากต่างประเทศ บทความนี้นำเสนอ ESG Integration Maturity Framework บนฐานทฤษฎี Institutional Theory, RBV และ Systems Thinking ในฐานะทั้งเครื่องมือประเมินระดับองค์กรสำหรับตลาดเกิดใหม่
