Knowledge and understanding about Rights and Liberties of Thai citizen along with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E.2560 of the Law students, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Phetchabun Rajabhat University

Abstract

The object of this research was to study and compare knowledge and understanding level about rights and liberties of Thai citizen along with the constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E.2560 of the law students, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Phetchabun Rajabhat University. The respondent in this study consist of 95 students of all classes students. Questionnaire was used as instrument in carrying out the research. Data analysis consist of percentage, mean and standard deviation and also hypothesis testing were utilized by t-test and One-way ANOVA or F-test

The results of this research shows that (1) the Law students have very good and better knowledge and understanding in overall (2) The results of comparing their knowledge and understanding with independent variables. It shows that the students who had different gender, age and year can distinguish the difference of knowledge and understanding at a statistically significant difference of 0.05 level.
