Platform Design for Copy Requests or Copy of Tax Map and Property Registration Information of Lampangluang Subdistrict Municipality , Lampang Province

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to examine the process, procedures, and methods for providing services to copy or duplicate the tax map and property registration data of Lamphang Luang Subdistrict Municipality, and 2) to explore approaches to enhance the service quality for copying or duplicating the tax map and property registration data. This qualitative research employs that using research method process based on Design Thinking method. Key Informant Interview for this research :1) the executive members of Lamphang Luang Subdistrict Municipality, 2) the head of the supervisory department, and 3) citizens request for copying of Tax Map and Property Registration Information. By using an interview form to collect individual summary data as a tool (persona), then analyzing it with a 3x3 metric analysis tool to analyze the problem data, classify it, and prioritize the problems. The results of the study were as followed; 1) The results of the current process, procedures, and methods for providing the copying or duplicating service are in compliance with applicable laws. However, the service is currently provided only through a single channel, requiring citizens to physically visit the Lamphang Luang Subdistrict Municipality during official working hours to request the copies. 2) The results of explore ways to improve the service for copying or duplicating tax map data and property registration at Lampang Luang Municipality. Findings indicate that adding an online platform LINE OA for service delivery was well-received by users. The platform provides easy access, convenience, clear information on required documents, and is promoted through modern media channels.
