Factors affecting the image of politicians in Laembua Subdistrict, Nakhonchaisi District, Nakhon Pathom Province

This research aims to study: 1) the levels of factors related to good governance, management, communication skills, and the knowledge and abilities of politicians in Laem Bua Subdistrict, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province; 2) the public image of politicians in Laem Bua Subdistrict; and 3)the quantitative research examines the factors related to good governance, management, communication skills, and knowledge and abilities that influence the public image of politicians in Laem Bua Subdistrict.
The sample group consisted of community leaders, health volunteers, women's groups, senior citizens, and citizens from 8 villages, totaling 380 people. Data analysis was performed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, and variance analysis. The research findings are as follows: 1) The majority of the sample group was male (237 people) with an age range between 18 and 66 years. Most were married with children, and the majority had completed a master's degree or higher. In terms of employment, most were general citizens with work experience ranging from less than 1 year to 30 years. 2) The good governance factor was rated high, focusing on transparency, the rule of law, equality, participation, ethics, and the efficient use of the budget for maximum benefit. 3) The management factor was rated the highest, emphasizing effective budget allocation and resource use for optimal benefit. 4) The communication skills factor was rated high overall, focusing on the mayor's effective communication style, with citizens in the area understanding the information clearly and accurately. 5) The knowledge and ability factor was also rated high overall, focusing on the mayor's knowledge and capabilities, which were appropriate for their position. 6) The public image of politicians was rated high, with an emphasis on the mayor's effective management. 7) The analysis found that communication skills, management, and good governance factors significantly influenced the public image of politicians in Laem Bua Subdistrict, accounting for 100%, with statistical significance at p ≤ 0.001
