Community economic development model for sustainable development of the province in the area of Nakhon Pathom province

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the sustainability development in Nakhon Pathom province 2) to study factors that influence the province economy which relates to sustainability development  and 3) to present different perspectives that help developing the province economy and sustainability development. This research used quantitative study. The population are people who lives in Nakhon Pathom. The research used Taro Yamane method in collecting the data. The sample group contains of 400 people. To collect the data, questionnaires are used and analyzed by frequency distribution value, percentage, average, standard deviation and multiple linear regression.

            The results are the followings; 1) The sustainability development level is high. The highest factors consist of agriculture, industry and service. 2) The results of influential factors which has significantly affected the province economy that relates to sustainability development are these
3 aspects; (1) people development (2) economy, and (3) environment. 3) The researcher has found that factors which help economic development in sustainability should rely on people development, economy and environment. The three factors shall work if the relevance of these are not neglected. Thus, the factors would create multiple network that help strengthen the development, reflecting positive results in economy, environment, and people in the province. The development should occur in unison, not only one factor at a time. As this can result in neglecting in other factors.
