Abstract

This academic article examines the relationship between the philosophy of life and the creation of sustainable happiness in contemporary social contexts. Integrating key concepts from Aristotle, Stoicism, Epicurus, Viktor Frankl, and Martin Seligman, the article analyzes approaches to living that lead to profound and lasting happiness. It argues that true happiness does not arise solely from material satisfaction, but from the discovery of values, meaning, and purpose in life. Analysis reveals that integrating virtuous living, cultivating deep and meaningful relationships, practicing present-moment mindfulness, and engaging purposefully with one's community form the essential foundation of sustainable happiness. The article further proposes practical guidelines that synthesize ancient philosophical wisdom with findings from contemporary psychology, enabling readers to apply these principles concretely and effectively in daily life. Ultimately, it is argued that a coherent philosophy of life serves as an inner compass that guides individuals through the complexity and uncertainty of modern existence with dignity, resilience, and a lasting sense of meaning
