The Effect of KWDL Technique Learning Management on Computer Mathematics Achievement of Level 1 Vocational Certificate Students

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to 1) compare achievement between before with the criteria of 75 percent 2) compare learning achievement between before and after learning 3) study the satisfaction of level 1 vocational certificate students toward mathematics learning using the KWDL technique. The Sample consisted of 33 students in the level 1 vocational certificate students in first semester of the academic year 2024 at Banchan Technology College, by cluster random sampling. The research instruments were 1) lesson plans 2) the mathematics achievement tests had difficulty values between 0.57 – 0.77, discrimination values between 0.40 – 0.62 and reliability value was 0.87 3) the satisfaction questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis comprised; mean, standard deviation, percentage, t-test for dependent samples and One samples t-test.
           The results of this research found that; 1) The achievement of level 1 vocational certificate students after learning using the KWDL technique was significantly higher than 75% at the .01 levels 2) The mathematic achievement of level 1 vocational certificate students after learning was significantly higher than before at the .01 levels 3) The satisfaction of level 1 vocational certificate students towards on the computer mathematics learning by using the KWDL technique at the high level.
