Abstract

           Private schools in Lampang Province Under the jurisdiction of the Office of Education There is a policy for organizing education to develop students in line with the 21st century. Therefore, it is necessary that educational institution administrators Must have knowledge and ability Skills and experience in educational administration to develop educational institutions to be modern and suitable for change. The objectives of the research are 1) to study educational institution administration skills in the 21st century according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada of private schools in Lampang Province and 2) to study guidelines for developing educational institution administration skills in the 21st century according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada. of private schools in Lampang Province
           The research format is quantitative. The sample group consisted of 214 school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire and statistics for analysis. Including the average and standard deviation.
           The results of the research found that: 1. Educational institution administration skills in the 21st century according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada of private schools in Lampang Province. Overall, it is at the highest level. The overall classification of each aspect is at a high level, arranged from highest to lowest. The top 3 are technological skills and digital use. with an average of 4.75, analytical thinking skills with an average of 4.73 and interpersonal skills with an average of 4.70 and 2. Guidelines for developing educational institution administration skills in the 21st century according to the 4 Iddhipada principles of private schools in Lampang Province, namely, surveying personnel needs for self-development in order to formulate personnel development plans. Perform duties with honesty, perseverance, and diligence. Assign work according to aptitude and capability. Work with success and responsibility Be a good role model Build morale and encouragement by being neutral and not being indifferent when receiving rejection or gossip. Consider preferences fairly and know how to restrain Maintain a stable mood Respect the rights of subordinates at a high level The researcher saw that Educational institution administrators have love and faith in their profession. Act honestly and consistently, sacrifice, and dedicate your time to work fully. Pay attention to co-workers Assign work according to your abilities and help others. Be a good advisor Build morale and encouragement for subordinates. stay neutral Put aside rejection or criticism. and consider the merits and preferences of subordinates fairly. It is consistent with the concept of the 4 Iddhipāda principles that are the dharma used in work: chanda, viriya, citta, and vimansa.
           The findings from this research are that the top 5 average skills of school administrators are technological skills and digital use, followed by analytical thinking and creative thinking. interpersonal relationships Organization Administration and teamwork Come create new knowledge According to the 4 principles of Iddhipada of private schools in Lampang Province and guidelines for developing management skills According to the 4 principles of Iddhipada of private schools in Lampang Province that can be explained with the SMART Model.
