Revision to the Peer Review Process

The Editorial Board announces a revision to the peer review process for manuscripts submitted from February 2026 onward.

The number of peer reviewers assigned to each manuscript will be reduced from three to two. The Journal will continue to operate under a double-blind peer review system, ensuring that neither authors nor reviewers are aware of each other’s identities.

This revision will apply to manuscripts accepted for publication beginning with Volume 2, Issue 2 (May–August 2026).

The adjustment is intended to improve the efficiency of the review process while maintaining the Journal’s academic standards and publication ethics.
