Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal. If otherwise, an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor.
  • The submission file is prepared in one of the accepted formats: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, PDF, or RTF.
  • Where applicable, URLs or DOIs for references have been included.
  • The manuscript text is single-spaced, uses a 16-point font, and applies italics instead of underlining (except for URLs). All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at their appropriate positions rather than at the end.
  • The manuscript conforms to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements specified in the Author Guidelines.
  • The submission of a manuscript must include (1) submission form (2) manuscript.

Copyright Notice

Authors publishing with the Journal of Organizational Innovation and Management must agree to the following conditions:
1. Submission Agreement: By submitting a manuscript, authors acknowledge and accept the journal’s policies regarding the dissemination of scholarly work.
2. Copyright Transfer: Upon acceptance for publication, authors agree to transfer copyright of the article to the journal, granting the journal the rights to reproduce, distribute, and publish the article in all formats and platforms, including books, journals, websites, and other online media.
3. Author Rights: Authors retain the right to use their work for non-commercial academic purposes, such as teaching, inclusion in theses, or sharing on non-commercial repositories and platforms.
4. License Terms: Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which permits others to share the work with proper attribution to the original authors, but does not allow modifications or commercial use.
5. Third-Party Materials: Authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for the use of third-party materials (e.g., images, figures, or graphics) and must provide appropriate acknowledgments.
