Main Article Content
Abstract
This article aims to present approaches for developing entrepreneurship among secondary school students in the 21st century, an era of uncertainty and rapid changes in economic, social, and technology. The education system must shift from focusing solely on the transmission of academic knowledge to developing essential life competencies. One crucial competency is entrepreneurship, which extends beyond just engaging in business; it encompasses life skills such as critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. Entrepreneurial education is a process focuses on developing essential competencies, knowledge, and growth mindset through active learning, such as simulated business projects, business plan competitions, and collaborative learning with real entrepreneurs. However, Thai schools still tend to prioritize academics over practical application. Therefore, integrating proactive approaches, the use of digital technology, and the connection with communities is indispensable to motivate students to learn from real-world experiences and develop self-awareness. Investing in education that focuses on developing these skills will create a strong foundation for Thai youth to drive sustainable economic and social development in the future.
