Implementation of the School's Profressional Learning Community Approach in Amphoe Sriboonruang under Nongbualamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The objectives of this research are (1) to study the operations according to the professional learning community guidelines of schools in Sri Bunruang District; Under the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Areas 1, and (2) to compare the opinions of school administrators and teachers towards operations according to the professional learning community guidelines of schools in Mueang District under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area. Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Education, Area 1, classified by position, educational background, and work experience. This study is quantitative research. The sample group used in this research included educational institution administrators and teachers in Si Bunruang District. Nong Bua Lamphu Province, academic year 2022, number of 273 people, the sample was determined by proportional stratified random sampling. The data collection tool was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.889. Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, mean, standard deviation. and t-test (Independent Samples). The research results found that operations according to the professional learning community guidelines of schools in Sri Bunruang District Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 is overall at the highest level. Comparative results of operations according to the professional learning community guidelines of schools in Sri Bunruang District. Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, classified according to position status, educational qualifications, and work experience. Overall different They are significantly different at the 0.01 level.
