Focus and Scope: 

The ICON International Journal of Management focuses on publishing high-quality research that advances theory and practice in all areas of management. The journal welcomes interdisciplinary studies, evidence-based research, and innovative approaches that address contemporary organizational challenges. Key themes include strategic decision-making, organizational development, market dynamics, operational excellence, and technological transformation. Contributions that explore sustainability, community impact, and management innovation are also encouraged. Both theoretical and applied research relevant to diverse management contexts are accepted.

Peer Review Process: 

The ICON International Journal of Management employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality and integrity. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess suitability, completeness, and adherence to journal guidelines. Eligible manuscripts are then reviewed by at least two qualified reviewers who evaluate the originality, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the field. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments before a final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief. Accepted papers proceed to copyediting, formatting, and publication in the journal.

Types of articles: 

The ICON International Journal of Management accepts the following types of scholarly manuscripts:

  1. Original Research Articles — Empirical studies that present new findings, theoretical contributions, or methodological advancements in the field of management.
  2. Review Articles — Comprehensive reviews of existing literature that synthesize research trends, theoretical developments, and future research directions.
  3. Conceptual Papers — Articles that develop new concepts, frameworks, or theoretical perspectives without requiring empirical data.
  4. Case Studies — In-depth analyses of organizations, management practices, or business situations that provide practical insights and theoretical implications.
  5. Short Communications — Brief reports, preliminary findings, or concise contributions that offer valuable insights but do not require full-length article format.
