School Administration Based on the Good Governance for School Administrators Under the Jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract
This research article aims to study the level of school administration based on the good governance for school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and compares the teachers’ opinions towards school administration based on the good governance for school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration as classified by educational qualification, work experience, and school size. The quantitative research approach was employed. The samples used in the research were 370 teachers in schools under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in the academic year 2023. The research instrument was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire with the Item-Objective Congruence between 0.80-1.00 and reliability of the questionnaire in question stood at 0.95. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Scheffé’s multiple comparison method. Findings are as follows: (1) The level of school administration based on the good governance for school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration overall and for all aspects were expressed at a high level. (2) Teachers who differed in educational qualification, work experience, and school size did not exhibited concomitant differences in their opinions of school administration based on the good governance overall and for all aspects with statistical significance at the .05 level.
