Factors Influencing Student's Choice of Political Party, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University

Abstract

          Nowadays, people are paying great attention to the factors affecting the selection of political parties because the political parties that the people choose to run the country must have qualifications that meet the needs of the people, both the party leader and the political party must receive. The trust of the people will allow them to continue to manage the country.
          The purpose of this research is to study the factors that influence the choice of political party among students at Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University. The sample group used in the study consisted of 500 Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University students in years 1-4 from a sample size of 208 people. The tools used in research are questionnaires. Statistics used in the research include descriptive statistics, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study found that;
          Factors that influence the choice of political parties of Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University students overall are at the highest level. The factor that has the greatest influence on choosing a political party is the nature of the political party. And the aspect that has the least influence on choosing a political party is news awareness. As for the factors that influence the selection of political parties by students at Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University, they are: Factors in the form of campaigning, the form of participation of political party leaders are also related to influencing the selection of political parties.
