The Relationship Between Strategic Leadership and Learning Organization of Schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Lom Kao District, Phetchabun

Abstract
The purposes of the research were to (1) study the strategic leadership of educational institution administrators, (2) study being a learning organization of the school, and (3) study the relationship between strategic leadership and being a learning organization for the school under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Lom Kao District, Phetchabun. The sample group consisted of three including directors of Buranawitthaya School, Suphapittaya School and Narathip Pittaya School. the sample was defineed by selecting a specific sample and 67 teachers from the Office of the Private Education Commission in Lom Kao District, Phetchabun, for academic year 2023, The sample was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's ready-made charts and methodologies were used to determine the sample size. The sample was obtained using a random sampling method stratified by school. The results showed that the overall level of strategic leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Lom Kao District, Phetchabun, was at a high level. Furthermore, the study demonstrated that the strategic leadership of school administrators under the office of the private education commission was at a high level in every aspect. The overall level of being the learning organization of schools under the Office of the Private Education Commission in Lom Kao District, Phetchabun was at a high level. In addition, the study also revealed that it was also at a high level for each aspect in terms of being a learning organization. Strategic leadership showed a moderate correlation with the learning organization, with a correlation coefficient of 0.720 at 0.01 of the statistically significant level.
