Abstract
The objectives of this research article are (1) to study the creative leadership of basic educational institution administrators and (2) to compare the creative leadership of basic educational institution administrators. Under the jurisdiction of the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, classified according to experience in operations and size of educational institutions. This study is quantitative research. The sample group used in this research included school administrators and teachers. Under the jurisdiction of the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, academic year 2022. The sample was determined using proportional stratified random sampling, using the size of educational institutions as strata to divide the sample to a total of 265 students. The results of the study found that creative leadership of basic educational institution administrators. Overall, it is at a high level. Comparative results of the creative leadership of basic educational institution administrators. Classified according to work experience. Overall and each aspect was found to be different without statistical significance. Comparative results of the creative leadership of basic educational institution administrators. Categorized according to the size of the educational institution. Overall and each aspect was found to be no different.
