Guidelines for Implementing Internal Educational Quality Assurance of School Administrators in Thung Kula Thong Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Roi Et

Abstract
This research aimed to (1) study the implementation of internal quality assurance by school administrators, (2) compare the implementation of internal quality assurance categorized by position, educational qualifications, and work experience, and (3) investigate suggestions for the internal quality assurance operations of school administrators in the Thung Kulathong Education Service Area Office under the Roi Et Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 201 administrators and teachers. The instrument used was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, which had a content validity value ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability value of 0.91. Data analysis involved frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and one-way ANOVA. The research findings revealed that (1) the overall implementation of internal quality assurance was at a very high level, with the average values ranked from highest to lowest as follows: development of educational management plans, preparation of self-assessment reports, implementation according to development plans, internal quality assessment and verification, establishment of educational standards, and monitoring of operational results. (2) The comparison of opinions by educational qualifications and work experience revealed no significant differences; however, differences by position were found in the implementation of development plans and monitoring of operational results at the .05 significance level. (3) The recommendations included: creating an understanding of standards through training, manuals, and knowledge exchange; planning for quality development with the participation of teachers, students, parents, and the community; systematically monitoring and driving plans using meetings and online systems; developing quality assessment systems through personnel training and utilizing assessment results to improve teaching; and preparing the Self-Assessment Report (SAR) to cover all standards with systematic data collection and quality sample exchanges.
