The Relationship Between The Educational Resource Management of School Administrators and The Quality of Student in Educational Institutions Under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
This article aimed to study (1) the level of the educational resource management of school administrators under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, (2) the quality level of students in educational institutions under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, and (3) the relationship between the educational resource management of school administrators and the quality of students in educational institutions under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This study is quantitative research. The sample was consisted of school administrators and teachers in educational institutions under Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Academic year 2024, Total of 291 persons by stratified random sampling according to the proportion of teachers in each district. The instrument for collecting data was questionnaires on the relationship between the educational resource management of school administrators and the quality of students. The statistic used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. The result of the study found that: 1) The overall average value of educational resource management by school administrators is at a high level. When classified by aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was budget resource management, and the aspect with the lowest average value was human resource management. 2) The overall quality of students in educational institutions has a high average. When classified by each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was morality, ethics, and desirable values, and the aspect with the lowest average was thinking skills. 3) The relationship between educational resource management of school administrators and the quality of students in the school, overall, has a high level of positive relationship with statistical significance.
