Application of Work Principles 7 of King Rama IX : Not Adhering Strictly to Textbooks

Abstract

This academic article aims to study the Application of Work Principles 7 of King Rama IX : Not Adhering Strictly to Textbooks. The analysis found that the approach to applying this principle can be outlined as follows: 1) Ask questions to identify problems, causes, and hypotheses; 2) Explore or brainstorm ideas; 3) Analyze and evaluate data; 4) Select problem-solving methods; and 5) Take action. The new knowledge gained from this study is the "out-of-the-box thinking process." It can be explained that individuals who can think outside the box must be well-grounded in principles and must take action to learn for themselves whether their ideas are right or wrong, feasible or not. If testing reveals errors or infeasibility, they should improve and seek new ways until they find the right path. However, if testing shows correctness or feasibility, they should further develop the work to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness continuously. The benefits of applying this principle include promoting creativity, developing people, improving work, advancing organizations, increasing efficiency, and creating productive outcomes that contribute to the holistic development of quality of life.
