Abstract

This research article is a qualitative study conducted through document analysis. Its objective is to analyze Ethical Leadership According to Moderate Postmodern Philosophy. The findings indicate that the principles of moderate postmodern philosophy promote the development of leaders' potential and good qualities through creativity, adaptability, collaboration, and exploration. This fosters ethical leadership with the aim of improving the quality of life both individually and collectively. It encourages holistic well-being that aligns with the essential needs for living, enhances mental and intellectual capacities to attain higher levels of refined happiness, and corresponds with the changes occurring in the global society with awareness
