Abstract

          This research is a qualitative study involving document analysis. The objective is to analyze corporate governance based on moderate postmodern philosophy. The research findings reveal that corporate governance based on moderate postmodern philosophy have good management patterns with the goal of sustainable quality of life development. This is approached holistically and systematically, starting from the most crucial point, which is sincerity, an internal moral matter. Following this is the organization of the company to reflect this sincerity, emphasizing the importance of involvement from all stakeholders, accurate disclosure of necessary information, accountability, and role responsibility. Continuous improvement and development are undertaken for the overall benefit, aiming for fairness derived from mutual agreement. Happiness within the organization emerges, opening opportunities for collaborative internal growth towards sustainable development together.
