Abstract

This academic article aims to study the application of the Application of Work Principles 3 of King Rama IX : Addressing The Problem at The Small Point. This principle offers an intriguing approach to analyzing, evaluating, and implementing solutions systematically, even though they may seem minor. These small points are considered "points of power" or what strategists refer to as "leverage points." They are precisely defined as points where resolving them could cascade down to unravel various related problems like a chain reaction. This demonstrates that these small points are the "root causes," the origins of many interconnected problems that affect human life and the environment in a chain reaction. In the context of work, these "small points" are the components of success that we have set forth. Although each component arises from small sub-components, each one is crucial in its own right. If any component is defective or damaged, it affects other organizational components as well. For example, an increased heart rate due to physical exertion may stem from decreased muscle efficiency. Consequently, individuals with weaker muscles may experience increased heart and lung workload, affecting other bodily systems. Therefore, problems often originate from small overlooked points. Hence, it is essential to pay attention to these small points to minimize errors as much as possible. This can be achieved by following the following thought processes : 1) Trust without expectations, 2) Dissecting components, and 3) Examining weaknesses.
