Abstract

This article aimed to examine the approach to driving the IDG leadership network in Thailand from the perspective of Pongsathorn La-iad-on and to synthesize policy and practical recommendations for sustainable network development. This article employed an interpretive analytical approach, drawing on an in-depth interview conversation with Pongsathorn La-iad-on, together with a synthesis of related literature, within the framework of inner human development in relation to the Inner Development Goals (IDG) concept. The findings indicated that driving the IDG leadership network should be grounded in inner human development, emphasizing self-awareness, experiential learning, and deep relational connections, rather than reliance on organizational structures or abstract conceptual frameworks. Based on the synthesis, the study proposed the L.I.F.E. Model, which consisted of life mastery, inner structure awareness, embodied practice through real-life experience, and the development of a shared leadership ecosystem. The study suggested that the development of the IDG leadership network in Thailand should focus on creating accessible shared language, supporting experiential learning processes, and connecting authentic practitioners to generate collective power, in order to drive sustainable transformation from within to society.
