This academic article aims to study and present the Application of Work Principles 1 of King Rama IX : Inside-out blasting, starting with an examination of the definition from the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB). Following this, it explores related concepts and theories before proposing application techniques in driving the principle of “Inside-out blasting”, consisting of three steps : 1) Using inspiration as a guiding force, 2) Systematically pursuing education, and 3) Aiming for a quality life.
