Leadership According to Moderate Postmodern Philosophy

Abstract

This research is a qualitative study that analyzes documents with the following objectives: 1) To study leadership concepts. 2) To study the moderate postmodern philosophy. 3) To analyzing leadership according to moderate postmodern philosophy. The research findings indicate that: 1) Leadership is the qualities or potentials that can bring people together to work collaboratively, leading them toward noble goals. 2) The philosophy after the post-modern era emphasizes the use of reason in problem-solving through creativity, adaptation, cooperation, and seeking wisdom for personal and collective development. 3) Analyzing leadership according to moderate postmodern philosophy findings reveal that an emphasis on intellectual attributes to perceive the holistic development in personal growth, human development, and job advancement, with the goal of enhancing human life quality and environmental sustainability, creating benefits for communities with justice.
