Inner Development Goals Based on the Moderate Postmodern Philosophy
Keywords:

This research article aims to analyze and propose a development framework for Inner Development Goals (IDG) based on Moderate Postmodern Philosophy, which emphasizes flexibility, balance, and experiential learning. A qualitative research methodology was employed, utilizing data collected from documents and relevant literature. Content analysis and philosophical inquiry were used to synthesize a conceptual framework for IDG development.
The findings revealed that Moderate Postmodern Philosophy provides a suitable theoretical foundation for developing IDG due to its key characteristics: (1) the rejection of "Grand Narratives" and the support of "Petite Narratives," which aligns with the flexible and context-sensitive nature of IDG; (2) the integration of rationality, emotion, and spirituality to achieve balanced inner development; and (3) the emphasis on learning through questioning and experience rather than rigid conceptual adherence. Furthermore, this study introduces the ADEP Model as a conceptual framework to support IDG development within the foundation of Moderate Postmodern Philosophy. The model comprises four core components: A (Adaptive Structure), D (Dynamic Balance), E (Exploratory Learning), and P (Postmodern Pragmatism).
