The Application of King Bhumibol's 10th Working Principle : Participation

Abstract

      This academic article aims to study the application of the 10th working principle: Participation. The findings show that the application of the 10th working principle on collaboration by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great can be adapted across various sectors and levels of work, with the following techniques: 1) Establishing effective communication channels, 2) Training and skill development, 3) Listening to public opinions, 4) Collaborating with partner networks, 5) Organizing activities to promote participation, 6) Monitoring and evaluating work performance, and 7) Fostering awareness and a sense of ownership. The new knowledge gained from this study is "The Importance of Collaboration in Working Principles," which includes: 1) Collaboration as the foundation of success, 2) Collaboration as an element of awareness and adaptability, 3) Collaboration strengthens society and communities, 4) Collaboration enhances the nation's positive image, and 5) Collaboration promotes peace and sustainability globally.
