Author Guidelines

Roles and Responsibilities of Article Writers in an Institutional Journal

Articles submitted for consideration in the journal must be original and not previously published or disseminated elsewhere. Authors are required to provide accurate citations whenever presenting or referencing the work of others within the content of their articles, and plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

If the scholarly work of the author is related to the use of animals or involves experiments on humans with participants or volunteers, or if the research findings have sensitive implications for the information providers, the author must adhere to ethical principles, legal regulations, and relevant guidelines. This includes obtaining informed consent before collecting data or presenting documents related to the research. For instance, certification from the Research Ethics Committee for human or animal experimentation is mandatory in every case.

Authors must agree to transfer copyright to the journal before publication, and they are not allowed to publish or disseminate their work elsewhere after it has been accepted and published by the institutional journal.

The names listed as authors in the article must accurately represent individuals who have contributed to that specific article and must not falsely claim authorship.
