บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายผู้นำ IDG ในประเทศไทยจากทัศนะของพงศธร ละเอียดอ่อน และสังเคราะห์ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายและเชิงปฏิบัติสำหรับการพัฒนาเครือข่ายให้มีความยั่งยืน บทความนี้ใช้แนวทางการวิเคราะห์เชิงตีความ โดยอาศัยบทสนทนาการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก คุณพงศธร ละเอียดอ่อน ร่วมกับการสังเคราะห์เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ภายในกรอบการพัฒนาภายในของมนุษย์ร่วมกับแนวคิด Inner Development Goals (IDG) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายผู้นำ IDG ควรตั้งอยู่บนฐานของการพัฒนามนุษย์จากภายใน โดยเน้นการเข้าใจตนเอง การฝึกฝนผ่านประสบการณ์จริง และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงลึกระหว่างผู้คน มากกว่าการยึดติดกับโครงสร้างองค์กรหรือกรอบแนวคิดเชิงนามธรรม จากการสังเคราะห์ ผู้เขียนเสนอ L.I.F.E. Model ซึ่งประกอบด้วย การยึดเป้าหมายชีวิต การตระหนักรู้โครงสร้างภายใน การฝึกฝนผ่านชีวิตจริง และการสร้างระบบนิเวศของภาวะผู้นำร่วม บทความเสนอว่า การพัฒนาเครือข่ายผู้นำ IDG ในประเทศไทยควรมุ่งสร้างภาษาร่วมที่เข้าถึงได้ สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้เชิงประสบการณ์ และเชื่อมโยงผู้ปฏิบัติจริงให้เกิดพลังร่วม เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากภายในสู่สังคมอย่างยั่งยืน
