Duties of Authors
- Authors must certify that their work has not been previously published or disseminated elsewhere.
- Authors must not violate copyright or plagiarize the work of others. Proper citations must be provided, and all manuscripts must be checked using reliable plagiarism detection software.
- Authors must ensure that their submitted work is based on genuine research and that all presented data and findings are accurate and not fabricated.
- Authors must revise or format their manuscripts according to the journal’s submission and citation guidelines.
- Authors are required to make revisions to their manuscripts based on the recommendations or evaluations of the editorial board. Failure to follow the recommendations may result in rejection of the submission.
- Abstracts in both Thai and English (for research articles) must not duplicate content from other research projects.
- Authors must clearly state any sources of funding or academic support (if applicable).
- Authors must agree that the copyright of the published work belongs to the journal and that the work will not be republished elsewhere.
- Authors must strictly follow the reviewers’ recommendations for revisions. If changes are not made according to the recommendations and within the specified timeframe, the journal reserves the right to reject the manuscript and withhold any publication fees, regardless of circumstance.
Duties of Editors
- Editors are responsible for reviewing all submitted articles to ensure they align with the aims and scope of the journal and for assessing their quality throughout the peer review and pre-publication process.
- Editors must always use academic reasoning in their decisions, free from bias related to the authors’ race, gender, religion, culture, politics, or affiliation.
- Editors must not have any conflicts of interest with authors or reviewers, and must not use submitted manuscripts for personal gain or as their own academic work.
- Editors must not alter or interfere with the content of manuscripts or reviewers’ evaluations, nor restrict or influence communications between reviewers and authors.
- Editors must strictly adhere to the journal’s editorial processes and procedures.
Duties of Reviewers
- Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts only within their areas of expertise.
- Reviewers must maintain confidentiality regarding the content of manuscripts and must not disclose any part of the manuscript before it has been officially published.
- Reviewers must have no conflicts of interest with authors, editors, or the editorial team.
- Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively and impartially, avoiding any bias or the use of unsupported personal opinions in their decision making.
- Reviewers should provide constructive feedback and academic recommendations to improve the manuscript.
