การพัฒนาหลักสูตรการใช้โซเชียลมีเดียอย่างปลอดภัยสำหรับผู้สูงวัยในชุมชนท้องถิ่น

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหา ความต้องการ และพฤติกรรมการใช้โซเชียลมีเดียของผู้สูงวัยในชุมชน 2) ออกแบบและพัฒนาหลักสูตรการใช้โซเชียลมีเดียอย่างปลอดภัยให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทผู้สูงวัย และ 3) ทดลองใช้หลักสูตรดังกล่าว การวิจัยเป็นแบบวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงวัย จำนวน 30 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม หลักสูตร แบบทดสอบความรู้ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าทีแบบกลุ่มไม่อิสระกัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้สูงวัยมีปัญหาในการใช้เครื่องมือ การรู้เท่าทันข่าวปลอม และการจัดการรหัสผ่าน โดยมีความต้องการใช้โซเชียลมีเดียเพื่อการสื่อสาร การรับข่าวสาร และความบันเทิง ใช้งานเป็นประจำทุกวันผ่านสมาร์ทโฟน โดยแพลตฟอร์มหลัก ได้แก่ ไลน์ เฟซบุ๊ก ยูทูบ และติ๊กต็อก 2) ผลการออกแบบหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย การใช้โซเชียลมีเดียอย่างปลอดภัย และการใช้ปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในการสร้างภาพโดยไม่ใช้ข้อมูลส่วนตัว โดยหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย แนวคิดและหลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ โครงสร้างและเนื้อหา กระบวนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และการวัดและประเมินผล การประเมินจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า หลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้สูงวัย 3) ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตร ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผู้เข้าร่วมมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรในระดับมากที่สุด
