บทคัดย่อ
The development of green and sustainable packaging design for healthy beverages has gained significant attention in recent years, particularly in urban communities. This study aims to explore the feasibility and market demand for green and sustainable packaging designs in the context of Bangkok, Thailand. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the methodology includes a literature review, in-depth interviews with 12 experts, and questionnaire surveys distributed to a stratified random sample of 450 working women in Bangkok. The research identifies key trends, challenges, and opportunities in the field. The findings suggest that green and sustainable packaging not only reduces environmental impact but also enhances brand image and consumer acceptance, with 71% of respondents expressing strong support. However, technical limitations and an 18-25% cost premium remain significant barriers. Despite these high initial costs, implementing sustainable packaging demonstrates a potential to boost brand value by 12-15%. The study concludes with practical recommendations for designers, businesses, and policymakers to promote the adoption of green packaging solutions.
