ศึกษาแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายผู้นำ IDG ในประเทศไทยจากทัศนะของพระครูปลัดสุวัฒนวิสุทธิสารคุณ (พระมหามฆวินทร์ ปุริสุตฺตโม, ผศ.ดร.)

บทความวิชาการนี้มุ่งวิเคราะห์แนวทางการขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายผู้นำ Inner Development Goals (IDG) ในประเทศไทย จากทัศนะของพระครูปลัดสุวัฒนวิสุทธิสารคุณ (พระมหามฆวินทร์ ปุริสุตฺตโม, ผศ.ดร.) โดยเชื่อมโยงกรอบทักษะสากลของ IDG กับหลักภาวนา 4 ในพระพุทธศาสนา ผ่านการวิเคราะห์เชิงปรัชญาและการสังเคราะห์เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการวิเคราะห์ชี้ว่า การขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายผู้นำ IDG จำเป็นต้องผสานกรอบทักษะสากลกับภูมิปัญญาพุทธ เพื่อสร้างความสมดุลด้านกาย จิตใจ ศีลธรรม และปัญญา พร้อมข้อเสนอเชิงโครงสร้าง ได้แก่ การจัดตั้งองค์กรกลาง แพลตฟอร์มความรู้ ระบบการรับรอง และกองทุนเพื่อความยั่งยืน องค์ความรู้ใหม่ที่นำเสนอคือ MAKHA Model ซึ่งประกอบด้วย Mindful Integration (การบูรณาการด้วยสติและปัญญา), Alliance Building (การสร้างพันธมิตรเครือข่าย), Knowledge-based Platform (การสร้างแพลตฟอร์มความรู้), Holistic Development (การพัฒนาอย่างองค์รวม) และ Appreciation & Accreditation (การสร้างคุณค่าและการรับรอง) โมเดลนี้มิได้เป็นเพียงเครื่องมือเชิงปฏิบัติ แต่ยังสะท้อนคุณค่าทางปรัชญา จิตวิญญาณ และสังคม ที่สามารถเป็นเข็มทิศใหม่สำหรับการพัฒนาภายในและการขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายผู้นำ IDG ในสังคมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน
