From philosophical, political, economic, and legal perspectives, death is in fact perceived as the opposite to life, where the former signifies loss and separation, therefore undesirable and unwelcoming because such state sets limit to life. That said, such viewpoint however also implies that death is far-fetched and undeserving. In reality, death however can only be understood once embraced as indispensable to life that in turn becomes meaningful once perceived as an embodiment of one’s physical body and inner soul. From that perspective, death is one’s most natural returning pathway that in fact faithfully shines the light to what life really is and could possibly be. Despite controversy even conflicting viewpoints to generally accepted conscience in the society at large, such interpretation is a commonsense about life, to the extent to which its existence can never substitute death, and therefore giving rise to the very nature of both life and death that rightfully coexist in interdependent realms, particularly for life can never substitute death, but all the more vice versa.
2025-02-28T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Journal of Sustainable Social Developmenthttps://so16.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/J_SSD/article/view/1090Policy Governance Analysis: A Study of Illegal Parking on One-Way Traffic in Malang City, Indonesia2024-12-06T12:21:58+07:00Fikri Gali Fernando Holqifikrigali61@webmail.umm.ac.id
This Article aimed to study (1) parking governance and policies in Malang City, Indonesia, (2) networking between the transportation office and the parking office to manage illegal parking in one-way traffic, and (3) rationalization of parking governance and policy to manage illegal parking in one-way traffic.
