The study employed a research and development (R&D) methodology, consisting of four phases: 1) The needs assessment for teacher innovator development was conducted with 155 pre-service teachers using a questionnaire, and the needs were analyzed using the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified); 2) The researcher synthesized data to create a draft of the teacher innovator development innovation, which was validated for accuracy and appropriateness by five experts using an evaluation form; 3) The innovation was implemented with two experimental groups, each consisting of 25 participants, and post-test results were compared using an independent t-test. The research instruments included (1) the teacher innovator development innovation and (2) an evaluation form for assessing skills; (4) the satisfaction of the experimental groups was examined using a satisfaction questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation.

The research findings revealed that: 1) the needs for teacher innovator development had PNI modified values ranging from 0.00 to 0.41; 2) the developed innovation was based on research and innovation development in learning integration across subject areas and online coaching processes. The innovation consisted of nine components: (1) background and significance, (2) fundamental concepts and theories, (3) principles, (4) objectives, (5) content comprising 14 units, (6) development methods, (7) assessment and evaluation, (8) roles of stakeholders, and (9) relevant documents; (3) The experimental results indicated that the learning innovation skills of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group at the 0.01 level; (4) The teacher innovators’ satisfaction was at the highest level ( = 4.69, S.D.= 0.24).
2025-04-24T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jayaphruekpirom Journalhttps://so16.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JPPJ/article/view/1150THE EFFECT OF USING WITH GUIDANCE ACTIVITIES TO INCREASE STUDENTS’ INTEREST IN LEARNING MATHAYOM 2 SURATHAMPITHAK SCHOOL.2024-11-11T20:09:22+07:00Wikanda Chairatwikanda.kan@gmail.comJUTAMANEE MALIHUALfangdowork45@gmail.com
This research aimed to (1) compare academic interest before and after the experiment of joining guidance activities of Mathayom 2 students at Surathamphithak School, and (2) to increase academic interest of Mathayom 2 students. The research employs a mixed-method approach, integrating experimental research with qualitative multi-case study research. In phase 1, the design of the research measurement and evaluation clinic involved focus group discussions, and experts were consulted to evaluate the content validity and appropriateness of the system, with the results analyzed for content validity. In phase 2, the system was trialed, evaluated, and the research competence development of the staff was assessed using an ABA design with a small group of participants, interviews, individual behavior observations, and satisfaction surveys. The findings revealed that:
1) the research measurement and evaluation clinic consist of six stages: (1) access to services, (2) assessment and screening, (3) classification of service recipients, (4) service delivery based on the problem, (5) scheduling and follow-up, and (6) records-based research. The evaluation by five experts indicated that the item content validity index (I-CVI) ranged from .80 to 1.00, and the scale content validity index (S-CVI) was .95. 2) The trial with eight participants, divided into two groups of four (one group with no research experience and one group with research experience), demonstrated that both groups improved their research competence according to their potential, with clear evidence of progress.

Keywords: research measurement and evaluation clinic, academic support staff, distance education
2025-04-24T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jayaphruekpirom Journalhttps://so16.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JPPJ/article/view/1258Sustainable Local Development Management in the Disruption2025-01-03T15:47:02+07:00Wachirawachr Ngamlamomaood_0231@hotmail.com
Findings from the analysis of theories and academic studies indicate that sustainable local development management in the era of disruption requires integrating multidisciplinary approaches to create a flexible management framework capable of responding effectively and sustainably in the long term.
