Abstract

The current utilization of digital technology has exerted a profound influence on education. Our lifestyles have undergone a transformation due to technology, thereby altering the landscape of learning. Learning is now achievable through various digital avenues such as the internet, online data repositories, digital libraries, e-learning platforms, and AI that assists in both teaching and learning processes.

The author has collated information through typological analysis and domain analysis methods. Subsequently, an analysis was conducted to examine the influence of modern technology on the Thai education system. This was achieved through content analysis and attitudinal analysis. This involved a sample group comprising 39 articles and interviews conducted among students and learners, totaling 20 individuals. The primary objective is to discuss information pertinent to the use of technology in teaching and summarize both its advantages and disadvantages. The integration of technology in education has facilitated efficient learning, streamlined teaching methods, testing, and assessment processes, mitigating geographical constraints, and catering to diverse individual learning needs. Nonetheless, this trend has also given rise to competition for educational resources and exacerbated disparities in accessing these resources.
